A Sacred Journey: Fifth Assisted Temple Trip for the Saints in Guyana

From January 13–15, Temple Bound Saints was honored to assist in our fifth temple trip for the Saints in Guyana, as a small but faithful group made the journey to the Panama City Panama Temple.

This trip included 10 devoted Saints, accompanied by a senior sister missionary of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, whose love, guidance, and support were a great strength to the group throughout the journey. Together, they traveled with purpose and faith, united by a shared desire to worship and serve in the house of the Lord.

Over the course of three sacred days, the group participated in meaningful temple worship, finding peace, strength, and spiritual renewal. For some, the journey required significant sacrifice—time away from home, international travel, and careful preparation—but the blessings of the temple made every effort worthwhile.

Trips like this reflect the growing faith and dedication of the Saints in Guyana. Each assisted journey brings not only ordinances and worship, but also encouragement, testimony, and a reminder that the Lord’s blessings are available to His children everywhere, regardless of distance.

We are deeply grateful for the missionary who accompanied this group, for the Saints who made the journey with such devotion, and for the supporters who help make these trips possible. Reaching five assisted trips for Guyana is a meaningful milestone for Temple Bound Saints, and we look forward with hope to many more opportunities to serve.

Every journey strengthens faith. Every temple visit brings heaven a little closer.
