A Sacred Journey from Eldoret to the Nairobi Kenya Temple

From April 21–24, 2026, a group of saints from the Eldoret region of Kenya traveled to the temple for a life-changing experience of faith, learning, and sacred ordinances.

This group included 88 members, primarily youth, along with devoted adult leaders, all united in their desire to worship in the House of the Lord.

For five individuals, this trip marked a major milestone as they received their own endowment. Many others participated in baptisms and confirmations for the dead—some for the very first time.

One participant, Emmanuel, shared:

“Being in the temple is one of the best things… I found peace of mind.”

For the youth especially, the experience was unforgettable. One attendee simply said:

“The temple really is the house of the Lord… go as often as you can.”

This journey was more than a trip—it was a step forward on the covenant path. Testimonies were strengthened, lives were touched, and hearts were drawn closer to Jesus Christ.

We are grateful to witness the faith of these incredible members and honored to be part of their journey to the temple.
