Faith in Motion: A Second Temple Bound Journey in Africa
Temple Bound Saints is grateful to share the completion of our second assisted temple trip in Africa, once again supporting faithful Saints as they journeyed to the house of the Lord.
A group of 33 Saints traveled by bus from Eldoret to the Nairobi Kenya Temple, a journey of more than six hours. Despite the long distance, the spirit among the group was one of unity, excitement, and deep reverence for the sacred work ahead.
During their stay, the group was able to remain on the temple grounds, allowing them to focus fully on worship, reflection, and service. Over the course of their visit, they performed hundreds of temple ordinances, blessing countless lives on both sides of the veil and strengthening their own testimonies of Jesus Christ.
For many, this journey required sacrifice—time away from home, long hours of travel, and careful preparation—but those sacrifices were met with peace, joy, and a powerful spiritual reward. The temple became a place of renewal, learning, and connection as these Saints participated in sacred ordinances together.
This second trip marks an important milestone for Temple Bound Saints. Each completed journey reaffirms our mission to help remove barriers of distance and cost so that members, regardless of location, can experience the blessings of the temple.
We are deeply thankful for the leaders, supporters, and donors who made this trip possible, and for the faith of the Saints who made the journey. Their devotion continues to inspire us as we look forward to supporting many more temple trips across Africa and around the world.
The work continues—and so does the journey.
