For group leaders and local leaders
Let’s plan a temple journey.
Start with your group’s needs. We’ll review the request and help you work through the next steps with a Temple Bound coordinator.
Give your group time to prepare.
Bus travel: at least 3 weeks.
Air travel: at least 45 days.
These are the current default advance-notice periods. Air timing also applies when both options are selected or travel is undecided. The request form displays the applicable current requirement.
Send a trip request
Share your destination, proposed dates, travel arrangements, traveler counts, group leaders, and any estimated costs you know. A request begins a review; it does not confirm funding or book travel.
Work with your coordinator
After approval, your group leaders receive login instructions and a Temple Bound coordinator is assigned. You can then manage your trip in the app.
Prepare your travelers
Add travelers, complete the applicable checklists, and upload the needed documents. When Temple Bound-assisted travelers are ready, send the trip forward for booking. GTPAF and self-funded travel can be managed separately.
Travel, then share the experience
Access tickets, receipts, and the Group Travel Package in your trip. After the trip, use your summary link to share experiences and any photos or videos you give permission to publish.
